The Linda and Barry Hunsaker, Jr., Endowed Presidential Fellowship in Lawwas established by the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System on January 11, 2007, to benefit The University of Texas School of Law. This scholarship is a gift of Linda and Barry Hunsaker, Jr. of Austin, who are both UT graduates. Barry earned his JD from the School of Law in 1979 and Linda earned her BA in Government in 1975 and her MSC in community and regional planning from the School of Architecture in 1978.

Barry Hunsaker, a Houston lawyer, served as senior vice president and general counsel of EOG Resources from 1996-2007. He retired from the company in April 2007. Headquartered in Houston, EOG Resources is an independent oil and gas company engaged in exploring for natural gas and crude oil and developing, producing and marketing those resources.

Linda Hunsaker is an independent non-profit organization management professional and active community volunteer.
